Mapping The Urban Genome

Dr. Poretsky and Adit Chaudhary presented research at the NY Academy of Sciences conference on Microbes in the city: mapping the urban genome. Adit presenred a poster on the “Impact of Rainfall Induced Combined Sewer Overflow Event on the Urban Stream Microbiome” and Dr. Poretsky was invited to give a talk on “Wastewater effluent impacts on an urban river microbiome.”
